Howard Moore

Howard founded Evermoore Construction LLC in 1998 after 10 years working his way up from a laborer to foreman for a major regional contractor. A licensed civil engineer and OSHA 30-certified, Howard has personally overseen more than 200 projects totaling $400M in value. His hands-on leadership style and refusal to compromise on quality have defined the Evermoore culture for 25 years.

With 18 years in civil construction management, Frederik oversees all field operations and project delivery — ensuring every site runs safely, on schedule, and on budget.
